Their name and reputation already open doors but they need experienced molecular biology based sales people who can sell capital equipment/complex systems and who are familiar with the practices and rhythms of the diagnostic sector to facilitate the early stages of building this new team.
They would also look at applications scientists form this sector who have the character and potential to assume a sales role.
