We are currently looking for a Strategic Account Manager who will be responsible for the European market in North UK and Scandinavia. This position is responsible for executing the critical business function of identifying, developing and growing the company’s target audience with strong bias towards drug discovery work flows in Pharma / Biotech. It’s a business development sales role that requires extensive active outbound sales efforts. This role plays a significant leadership role in the company, with the expectation of significant growth potential, with expansion in international markets.
Experience in sales, contracts and supply contracts, strategic and tactical sales and customer relationships should be available as well as knowledge of drug discovery work flows in big Pharma/ Biotech etc.
A strong technical background in life sciences is also desirable – the ability to speak fluently about life sciences and techniques, strong communication and presentation skills, and quick adaptation to the fast-paced and competitive environment.
