We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join a growing provider of advanced automated technical solutions for the life sciences and health sector. This newly created role is ideal for candidates based in the Greater Paris Area.
Your Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain laboratory or technical systems
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment and components
- Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize hardware and systems
- Plan, execute, and document work independently
- Implement corrective and preventive measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Customer Service, Product Management, and Manufacturing
Your Profile:
- Degree in technical engineering or equivalent technical education
- Experience in life sciences or laboratory environments preferred
- Previous experience in technical support or field service is an advantage
- Able to work independently and reliably under pressure
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Willing to travel internationally (approx. 2–3 nights per week)
