We are currently looking for an application team leader in the field of life science robotics for BeNeLux. It is a newly created position. Benelux is now developing its own office and infrastructure within the European structure.
The team leader will be responsible for managing the application business, including pre-sales support, implementation and post-sales support.
The role of the team leader includes personnel responsibility, development and support for currently 6 team members. Furthermore assignment and controlling of projects.
Team-related administrative tasks (vacation planning, expense monitoring, expert reports) also belong to the area of responsibility.
Flexibility and appropriate technical and scientific skills are expected, preferably in the field of laboratory automation, as well as strong communication skills. First experience in leadership and personal responsibility is beneficial. A small application role will also initially assigned to the application manager within Benelux.

The position is based on home office. The service is usually carried out at the customer’s site. A company car is provided. You should be willing to travel regularly.
