We are looking for a driven professional to join as a European Inside Sales Representative, with the potential to grow into a European Key Account Manager role. The position can be based anywhere in Europe, with a preference for France or Germany.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing accounts while acquiring new customers in your sales territory
- Qualify leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to implement effective sales strategies
- Take ownership of achieving sales targets and maintaining accurate forecasts
- Build and maintain customer relationships via phone, email, and digital channels
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- Experience in customer-facing roles or sales, ideally in the life sciences or diagnostics industry
- Highly motivated, organized, and an excellent communicator
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them clearly
- Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
