We are recruiting a Director of Sales (France & Benelux) for a globally established life sciences technology leader supporting cutting-edge research and development across biopharma, biotechnology, and academic laboratories.
This is a senior commercial leadership role with full responsibility for driving growth across the region, strengthening key customer partnerships, and building a high-performing sales organization. You will lead regional strategy, manage and mentor a team, and work closely with internal stakeholders to accelerate market expansion and long-term revenue performance.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in sales leadership within life sciences, strong knowledge of the research and biopharma ecosystem, and the ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
