We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join as Business Development Sales for the DACH and BLX regions, with plans to expand responsibilities to cover 50% of Europe. The role is remote, preferably based in Germany or BLX.

Our client is a biotechnology innovator specializing in 3D NeuroTech platforms, combining tissue engineering, neural interfacing, and AI to accelerate drug testing. Their solutions provide human-relevant data, enabling rapid and accurate drug screening for safety and efficacy, far surpassing traditional animal models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell cutting-edge 3D platform products and services to pharmaceutical and biotech clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, researchers, and key opinion leaders in DACH
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor industry trends
- Provide technical product presentations and support to clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in HubSpot
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with products, industry trends, and sales techniques
- Mentor and support colleagues as required to ensure high team performance
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience or related field (Master’s/PhD preferred)
- Strong understanding of 3D biology and connections to BioPharma accounts in DACH/BLX
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership within biotechnology or life sciences
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools
