Business Manager / Sales – Molecular Diagnostics (DACH)

We are supporting an innovative and internationally expanding molecular diagnostics company in the search for a Business Manager / Sales professional to drive commercial growth across Germany and the wider DACH region.
The company operates within the precision medicine and molecular oncology space and is focused on advanced molecular diagnostic solutions supporting personalized healthcare approaches.
The Opportunity
This is a highly visible commercial role with responsibility for developing and expanding strategic laboratory relationships across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The successful candidate will work closely with pathology, oncology and molecular diagnostics stakeholders while contributing directly to regional growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
• Full ownership and development of the assigned DACH territory • Build and maintain relationships with molecular diagnostics laboratories, pathology departments and oncology stakeholders • Develop and execute regional sales and market development strategies • Identify new business opportunities within precision medicine and advanced diagnostics • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and reimbursement developments • Participate in scientific meetings, congresses and industry events • Collaborate closely with European leadership and internal cross-functional teams • Deliver consultative sales support around advanced molecular workflows and diagnostic solutions.
Candidate Profile
We are particularly interested in professionals with:
• Strong molecular biology and molecular diagnostics knowledge • Exposure to NGS and precision medicine workflows • Commercial experience within oncology diagnostics or related MDx environments • Experience managing complex laboratory sales cycles • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Existing relationships within the German diagnostics market • Fluent German and English language skills.
