This newly created role offers the opportunity to join a company with highly differentiated technologies focused on improving workflow efficiency, throughput, reproducibility, and automation within modern cell biology and translational research environments.
The position combines technical expertise with commercial responsibility and will suit someone who enjoys customer interaction, market development, and consultative selling within biotech, pharma, and academic research settings.
The Opportunity
This is not simply an account management role. The company is transitioning from a distributor-led structure toward a more direct commercial model, creating an opportunity for the successful candidate to play a visible role in shaping market presence and customer engagement across the region.
The role involves:
- Developing new business opportunities across DACH / Europe
- Supporting researchers and laboratory customers with workflow-oriented solutions
- Working closely with technical and applications colleagues
- Building relationships with key accounts, core facilities, biotech companies, and research institutes
- Delivering product demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer training
- Representing the company at conferences and scientific events
Ideal Background
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
- Cell culture and cell biology workflows
- Gene transfection / gene editing applications
- Cell analysis technologies
- Laboratory automation or workflow solutions
- Life science instrumentation sales or field applications support
