A rare opportunity for a company currently growing rapidly with a unique product line. The role will involve further building the team and structure within the European market and reporting directly into the CEO. The company has developed new NGS based diagnostic tests which will be able to identify more than 15,000 microbes and over 1,450 pathogens emanating from Viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites and in a few hours compared to traditional techniques which take 2 days to several weeks currently. This technology will allow fast treatment for blood stream infections, oncology diagnostics and sepsis among others. The company is based in Europe and the candidate should show a track record of achievement in an international commercial management position. Ideally you have already had experience of hiring, managing and coaching top level sales talent and also skills sets in organizational development. The company is offering an excellent base and bonus scheme and becoming one of a part of the executive senior management team of the company. You will be based in Europe but ideally in central Europe or Benelux.
