Business Development Sales Account Manager (DACH Region) OEM reagents for Diagnostic Manufacturers
Are you passionate about driving profitable growth in the DACH region? Do you have a track record in sales within a technical or scientific environment? Are you currently working in a Life Science or Diagnostic sales position? We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to take on the role of Business Development Sales Account Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and expand a portfolio of defined accounts to achieve growth and commercial objectives
- Lead the sales process, including value selling, quotations, and closing deals
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for clients and local resellers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product campaigns and new business opportunities
- Stay on top of industry developments and ensure continuous learning
Key Skills & Experience:
- Sales experience in technical, manufacturing, or scientific environments
- Proven ability to build long-term strategic relationships
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and forecasting skills
- Fluency in German is a must
- Knowledge of CRM systems and strong report-writing abilities
- Passionate about customer care and driving results
