This role blends cutting-edge science, bioinformatics, and customer engagement—you’ll work at the forefront of single-cell multi-omics, supporting translational research and therapeutic development, including cell and gene therapy.
As a key member of the Commercial Team, you’ll:
- Drive pre- and post-sales support
- Train customers on experimental design and data analysis
- Interpret NGS and single-cell sequencing data
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Product teams
- Represent the company across the DACH region
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in molecular biology, NGS, or cancer biology
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Experience with academic and pharma institutions in DACH
- Willingness to travel
