We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth across the DACH region. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in genomics, a track record in life science sales, and the ambition to help scientists push the boundaries of what’s possible.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build and grow customer relationships through value-based, consultative selling
- Identify new opportunities and close deals in pharma, biotech, and academia
- Translate complex scientific needs into tailored technology solutions
- Manage forecasts, pipelines, and strategic account plans (Salesforce.com experience a plus)
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of sales experience in life science, ideally genomics-focused
- Strong understanding of NGS and molecular biology is advantageous
- Proven success in key account management and closing complex deals
- Fluent in German and English, with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
